Warranty / Terms & Conditions

Warranty Coverage

  • All used phones sold by MOBI KING PHONES are covered under a 90 day warranty
    starting from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers functional issues (e.g., touchscreen, sound, or camera issues).

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by the user (e.g., cracked screens, water damage).
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering of warranty seal placed by MOBI KING on each
    phone.
  •  Software issues caused by third-party apps or viruses

Claim Process

  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service / Sales team within the warranty period.
  • Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photos/videos if necessary.
  • The phone must be returned to us for inspection before a claim can be processed.

Resolution Options

If a valid warranty claim is made, MOBI KING PHONES will oer one of the following options:

  • Repair: Fix the defect at no additional cost.
  • Replacement: Provide a replacement phone of the same model or equivalent value.
  • Credit Note: Customer may return the phone and we will issue a credit note equal to phone’s value if repair or replacement is not possible.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the phone back to our facility.
  • In case of return, Cost of shipping and any related charges should be paid by customer

Limitations of Liability

  • MOBI KING PHONES is not responsible for any loss of data. Customers are advised to
    back up their phones regularly.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Extended Warranty

  • Customers may purchase an extended warranty for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
